Friction welds small hydraulic ram rods, propshafts, axles, steering components, drill rods and gear clusters.
Welds dissimilar materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminium.
Sliding head machine offering full access for manual or automatic unloading.
Incorporates forge clamps for handling wide range of component lengths.
Optional extras: Turning or shear flash removal, angular alignment of parts and computer interfacing for data handling. Double ended version also available.
